Seen Him? Resident Scares Off Man Who Broke Into Stamford Home

Police are asking the public for help in locating a man wanted in connection with an attempted burglary in Stamford last week.

A video surveillance released Wednesday, shows the man, who was interrupted by the resident around 11:15 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, on Aberdeen Street, police said.

The man is described as being about 5-foot-8, “with a dark complexion and very short hair with a medium build,” police said. 

He was wearing a dark blue sweatshirt and what looks like gray sweatpants.

The man was last seen on the corner of Aberdeen and West Main Street.
